Trump's win originally was unpredicted as there was more public activism and support for Hillary Clinton
Clinton's slogan that became a base of her campaign as she would be the first female president if elected
Trump was viewed as not the typical Republican losing the support of many past and present Republican government workers
Clinton was seen as matching the ideals, goals and wanted future for the democratic party
